	<description>L'Observatoire de l'Asie de l'Est (OAE), &#233;tabli en 2013 par le Centre d'&#233;tudes sur l'int&#233;gration et la mondialisation (CEIM) &#224; l'Universit&#233; du Qu&#233;bec &#224; Montr&#233;al, a comme mission d'observer, de pr&#233;senter et d'analyser l'&#233;conomie politique, la g&#233;opolitique, la g&#233;o-&#233;conomie et les questions de s&#233;curit&#233; de cette r&#233;gion, c'est-&#224;-dire les deux Cor&#233;es, la Chine, Ta&#239;wan, le Japon ainsi que les onze pays d'Asie du Sud-Est, en lien avec la mondialisation, les processus d'int&#233;gration r&#233;gionale et leurs mod&#232;les de gouvernance et de r&#233;gulation.</description>

But this &#8220;Three nothing &#8221; research unit and its staffs have published more than 20 articles on &lt;Economic Research&gt; and other academic journals which listed into First class B by University, and also have studied 3 National research projects and 5 Ministerial or province level projects. World Economics Institute input less and output more, is a newly designed and flexibility organization.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Prof. Xie Xide, the late President of Fudan University and founding director of the CAS, made unusual contributions to the establishment and development of the Center. &lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The CAS has been greatly facilitated by support from the American Schools and Hospitals Abroad (ASHA) program under the U.S. Agency for International Development (AID). This support has been applied through the Fudan Foundation in Washington, D.C., which has also established a &#034;Xie Xide Scholarship&#034;, in memory of her tremendous efforts for friendship between China and the United States.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
